Huzuri is a small team in India building an office app that does the chasing: attendance from existing cameras, task nudges, email triage, CV screening and meeting minutes. You approve what matters.

Why

In most offices the manager is the system. Attendance is argued over at month end, tasks are chased on the phone, the inbox is read twice, CVs pile up, and meetings end without anyone writing down who does what. Huzuri does those jobs on its own and brings you only the decisions. In plain words: Huzuri is office automation software for Indian offices, for the people side of the office rather than the printers.

What we believe

  • Show the evidence. Every attendance mark has its snapshot, every CV score has its line, every action item has its moment in the recording.
  • People decide. Huzuri ranks, nudges and drafts. A person approves, rejects or corrects, and the audit log keeps the reason.
  • Nothing to install, nothing to replace. It runs in the browser, on the cameras and the Google tools you already have.

The name

Huzuri (hoo-ZOO-ree) comes from huzoori, presence: the word for being in attendance.

Founded in Delhi in 2026 by Kurian Jose, Aviral Yadav, Jasith Kadian and Manish Kumar Mandal. Huzuri is on LinkedIn and Crunchbase.

Where is our data stored?

Face snapshots are deleted after a set number of days; the attendance records stay.

What if a camera misses someone?

HR records a correction with a reason, and the change is kept in the audit log.

Do people need to install anything?

No. Huzuri runs in the browser, and reminders arrive in the app or by email.

Who can see what?

Employees see their own work, leads their teams, and admins the whole office. Huzuri’s answers follow the same rules.

What can I ask Huzuri?

Anything about your team’s day: who was in or late, what’s done or overdue, leave and meetings. Answers link to the people and tasks they’re about.

How much does it cost?

From ₹3,999 a month for up to 50 people on the Office plan; Pro is ₹7,999 and Complete ₹11,999, each plus a small amount per extra person, and GST. Pay yearly and two months are free.
