Booked, then written up.

Pick the people. Huzuri finds a slot they all have free on Google Calendar, sends the Google Meet link, and after the meeting turns the recording into minutes with action items.

Booking

Choose who needs to be there. Huzuri reads their Google Calendars, suggests the slots everyone has free, creates the event with a Meet link and sends the invites. Move the meeting, and the invites move with it.

Recording

In the room, record from a phone or laptop in the browser. On a call, paste the transcript. Recordings are kept for 30 days and then deleted; the minutes stay.

Minutes

Huzuri writes the minutes: what was decided, who does what by when, and the questions left open. You review them before they go out. Action items become tasks for the people named, each with the moment from the recording attached, and from there Huzuri does the chasing.

Who can see a meeting

The attendees, and the people who may see them under your role rules: leads see their team’s meetings, admins the whole office. Ask Huzuri answers questions about meetings the same way.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does a bot join our Google Meet calls?

No. Record in the room from a phone or laptop, or paste the call’s transcript. Nothing joins your calls on your behalf.

How long are recordings kept?

30 days, then they are deleted. The minutes and action items stay.

Can we edit the minutes?

Yes. The minutes wait for your review, and you can change anything before they go out to the attendees.

What happens to the action items?

They become tasks for the people named, with the moment from the recording attached, and get Huzuri’s follow-ups: a nudge if a task goes quiet, then the manager.

Which calendars does it work with?

Google Calendar and Google Meet. Each person connects their own Google account, and Google asks for calendar access on its own screen.
